QA Manager
QA MANAGER职位要求:
10-12年QA相关经验,至少5-6年管理经验,英文口语必须流利。

- High proficiency in Software Testing
- High Proficiency in Automated Software Testing
- Experience with Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration and other agile practices
- Proficiency in C++ or scripting languages
- Proficiency in Software Development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Defining and implementing the role testing plays within the organization.
- Supervising and leading test team members and test assets required for meeting the testing mandate:
- Team members
- Testing tools
- Testing processes
- Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery.
- Deploying and managing the appropriate testing framework to meet the testing mandate.
- Implementing and evolving appropriate measurements and metrics.
- Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement/release.
- Retaining skilled testing personnel.
- Define and sign off on Quality criteria and Software Performance criteria
- Evaluates, maintains and improves Testing roles and responsibilities within the product development life-cycle.
- Responsible for functional duties assigned by direct supervisory.
- Facilitates the development, implementation and adherence of testing department standards in partnership with other test team leadership.
- Evaluates and implements training and development needs for team.
- Manages team compliance with existing measures for reporting testing efforts.
- Team training, mentoring
- Responsible for all Test, Test Tools Development and configuration management activities.
- Coordinate software test with Development Engineering, Software Project Management.
- Maintain knowledge of QA team
Educational and experience requirements:
- MS or BSEE/CS, or technical degree with 10 - 12 years QA experience.
- Minimum 5-6 years people managment exprince
- Previous programming or tools development experience a plus
- Strong commitment to technical quality assurance as a key part of the development cycle
- Understanding of software test methodologies and testing tools
- Proven record of people and team management
- Leadership skills/mentoring skills
- Experience in working in a geographically distributed teams.
- Strong communication skill in English is required.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. |
