职位描述： 1、Design and Build HP Virtualization solutions.
                 2、Prepare the documents in design phase.
                 3、Build and configuration virtualization products.
                 4、Report to Project manager/technical manager closely; Keep good communication and relationship with foreign         customers.
                 5、Working availability: the candidate need to hold conference call with US/EU customer at night.

职位要求：
          1、 Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
               2、 Must have 3 year experience in large, complex enterprise virtualization work.
               3、 Must have excellent documentation skills, excellent team interaction skills (English written and verbal collaboration during team working sessions).

               4、2+ years experience in Citrix XenApp 4.5 or newer (required)
               5、2+ years experience with Server 2003/2008 and Server 2003/2008 Terminal Services (required)
               6、Experience with XenDesktop 3 and/or XenDesktop 4 (preferred)
               7、Experience with type 1 hypervisor(s) (Hyper-V, ESX/vSphere, XenServer)
               8、Proficient in programming/scripting skills
               9、Any experience with AppSense would be a big plus
              10、Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
              11、Any experience with MS SQL 2005 or more current would be a plus
              12、Fluent English Communication skills
