1. BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience; a MS degree is a plus.

2. More than 3 years website testing or application software testing experience. The knowledge and experience on mobile devices testing or SW design is a plus;

3. Good at script programming, such as Perl, Shell, Ruby etc..

4. Familiar with Java or other OO languages, RDBMS(Oracle/SQL)

5. Familiar with software test automation tool, such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, HttpUnit, JMeter, Robot, Loadrunner etc..

6. Familiar with Linux and Windows environment

7. Ability to work independently, self-motivation, good inter-personal skills

8. Good judgment and objectivity in approaching problems

9. An ability to achieve results in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment is critical

10. Good communication skills in Mandarin and English.

11. Have some experience or knowledge of script programming language, such as Perl, Shell etc.. perl is a plus
