我们是TIBCO在中国的唯一的研发中心（全球只有4家研发中心分别设在：美国 加拿大 印度和中国）。

初探中国，对中国市场也是不很了解，TIBCO也是为了规避一些风险暂时与文思进行合作成立了TIBCO CDC。

文思主要管理研发中心的行政事宜，TIBCO主要负责技术、项目这一块的。双方并签署了BOT协议（Build，Operation，Transfer），现在TIBCO中国有限公司正在筹备中，所有员工或部分员工之后会Transfer到TIBCO中国。

现在TIBCO很多的核心产品，也都放在CDC来做。比如：BPM、BC、SOA方面的、AMSB这种技术含量比较高的产品。到现在来讲，我们从产品的开发、测试、发布包括技术支持，已经非常完善。

虽然我们在中国是以BOT模式出现的，TIBCO美国的VP各两个月就会来中国看看我们的情况，还会特意从美国拨过来一些费用做为我们的Team building。我们会每周都和美国同事通过电话交流工作，他们每年也会来中国，或者我们去美国、英国等地。我们每周都会有英语培训，这是我们自发建立的，由我们的文档工程师负责给大家培训（外籍员工）。公司周三会有篮球和羽毛球的活动，公司二层还有乒乓球台。定期会举办一些体育比赛。

Senior QA Engineer（Cloud Computing） - DataSynapse Team

Responsibilities:

·
Execute automated and manual regression testing.


·
Program to APIs and Web applications.


·
Develop automation testing suites.


Skills, Knowledge and Experience



·
Minimum 3 years industry experience, with at least 3 years experience in software testing.


·
Must have 2+ years Java programming experience.
·
Must have experience in one of the following languages: C++, .Net.


·
Should have hand-on experience on one or more application servers, including JBoss, WebLogic and WebSphere. Experience with development, deployment, and management of EJB, Web Service applications a plus.

·
Good knowledge of Windows and UNIX.


·
Good knowledge of databases.


·
Good knowledge of testing process, methodologies and procedures.


·
Should have experience in automating test harnesses and regression testing.

·
Solid experience with Unix shell scripting, groovy or NT scripting.
·
Familiarity with HTTP/HTTPS, security, SQL, JMX, SOAP, XML, JSP, JUnit, HttpUnit, and Spring a plus.


·
Good verbal and written English.

·
Must be able to communicate effectively with offshore team.

BPM Sr QA Engineer JD:-

Job Title:	Sr. QA Engineer
Job Description:	Candidate will be responsible for (i)developing and maintaining test specifications; (ii)developing test data and test tools; (iii)executing test scripts;  and (iv)undertaking thorough testing of product/software modules with respect to features, functionality and usability (v) reporting to Test manager and Project Manager test progress. ·         Work with test managers and project managers to identify requirements for the product features being developed ·         Analyze functional specifications, test plans and develop test specifications ·         Generate test data, carry out installation, configuration, functional and regression testing ·         Document, track and verify defects and fixes across modules, platforms and releases ·         Work with TIBCO support team to include customer scenarios in the test suites and to resolve customer issues ·         Develop/maintain automation test suites ·         Design and setup lab environment
Skills Required:	§  MS in Computer Science with 4 years of experience; or §  (i)BS in Computer Science, with experience deemed by TIBCO to be equivalent to MS in Computer Science; and (ii)4years of experience in QA §  4 years experience in o    Working with Unix (Solaris, HP-UX, Linux, AIX) and Windows 2000,2003 and XP o    White box and black box testing o    Application servers (Websphere, Jboss, Tomcat, Weblogic) o    C/Java/ VBScript/ Shell Scipts   o    Regression, functional and integration testing at the systems as well as the UI level o    Databases (Oracle, MS SQL, IBM DB2) o    Deployment of QA tools (such as SilkTest, WinRunner etc.) §  Software Methodology/standards-related experience in o    Developing/maintaining test plans and test specifications o    Working with a defect tracking system, source control system o    Designing and developing test suites o    Ability to develop a clear and concise testing strategy §  General o    Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English o    Excellent analytical and communication skills o    Team player
