Quality Assurance Engineer:

This hands-on and technical position will be responsible for ensuring the product my client provides meets the performance quality requirements. As a performance quality assurance engineer, the individual is expected to:

1. Work with leaders to define the performance test strategy, performance goal and testing plan.
2. Implement test scripts with performance testing tool and execute the performance test.
3. Identify performance bottlenecks through various performance indicators and work with development team on performance tuning.
4. Analyze production pattern and simulate in local performance test.
5. Work with QA leader to establish a repeatable performance testing and tuning pattern.

We will consider candidates meets the following criterias:
1.        Fluent English and chinese.
2.        A BS degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
3.        A minimum of 1 year experience in software performance testing AND performance tuning activities.
4.        Fluent English and Chinese is a must.
5.        Solid understanding of performance test and tuning basis.
6.        Experience on testing scripts design with one or more performance testing tool such as LoadRunner.
7.        Good at analyze the performance test result provided by testing tool.
8.        Good at identify performance bottleneck by monitoring various indicators.
9.        Experienced on performance tuning with development team at code level.
10.        Experienced with relational databases and SQL tuning.
11.        Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
12.        Familiar with Cognos application is a plus.
