Job Title 1:
UTM Tech Support Engineer (Level1/2/3)
Responsibilities:

Receive escalated and technically complex customer reported issues and maintain the ownership of the issue until it is completely resolved.
Resolve customer reported issues while working closely with the Engineering, SE and other cross functional teams and provide feedback to the Engineering for improving the product quality and reliability.
Setup the test environments as necessary for replication of the customer reported issues and provide the documentation on these setups to the Engineering teams.
Ensure that the work performed meets the quality within acceptable time schedules and meets the customer commitments while working with the Technical Support team members and management, Engineering and other cross functional teams.
Work closely with the Engineering and the Product Marketing teams on the New Technology introductions and remain technically competent with all the products.
Requirements:

Ability to ensure that overall operations run smoothly and to achieve/exceed the total company commitment to customer satisfaction goals is required
Strong understanding of LAN & WAN Network topologies, in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP Protocol Suite, LAN/WAN access technologies, Internet Security Architectures and Routing Protocols
Experience in Security Engineering in heterogeneous environments involving both Windows Networks including Active Directory, Radius, Digital Certificates and various flavors of Linux
Work independently and also in a team with strong trouble shooting and diagnostic skills applicable for medium to enterprise networks
Candidate must have a strong customer orientation and should possess an excellent work ethic
Education and Experience

Requires BSCS/EE or equivalent, Masters Degree preferred
Minimum 1+ years of experience in supporting the products related to Network Security
1 + years of Support experience in Internet security products involving any of the technologies like Stateful Firewalls, VPN's, PKI, Anti-Virus, IPS, SSL and other security products
Recent experience with the implementation, configuration and management of network security products ( Firewalls, IPS, VPNs ) and also Internet devices like Routers, Switches, Load Balancers, Application Proxies, etc., is required. Work experience relating to supporting wireless products 802.11 a/b/g is considered a plus
Preference will be given to candidates with professional certifications from Cisco, Microsoft, ICS2, etc.
Good Written and Oral communication skills in Mandarin and English.






Job Title 2:
Email Security Tech Support Engineer (Level1/2/3)

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

1+ years of email security technical support experience or similar work experience in supporting network security products.
A minimum of Three (3) years of technical support experience in supporting Internet products at enterprise level.
In-depth knowledge of the network protocols: TCP/IP, SMTP, DNS, DHCP, PoP3/IMAP.
Strong troubleshooting skills with proven ability in trouble shooting, resolution of the issues and debug data analysis. Preferably with work experience in using network analyzers and trouble shooting Mail/Application servers
Strong working knowledge in Microsoft network protocols: Active Directory, LDAP, Exchange Server.
Administration experience of Linux/Windows Servers, Exchange/Apache Servers, Routers, Applications Load balancers and Net-App filers will be a big plus.
Be a mentor of the Level/Level2 support engineers and provide training on the various product related items and also trouble shooting aspects.
Good organizational skills, self driven with ability to multi-task on various projects.
Should possess aptitude to learn new technologies with strong flexibility and adaptability to the changing work environments.
Good Written and Oral communication skills in Mandarin and English.


Education Requirements

Bachelors or Diploma degree above in Computer Sciences/Electronics Engineering from a reputed University/Institute.
Candidates with Professional certifications from Cisco/Microsoft will be preferred.



Job Title 3:
Software Engineer: Linux Application Developer (Entry-Level/Senior)

Responsibilities:

Design and develop data backup solutions
Write design and test documents,
Work with the QA team to resolve software bugs
Support other teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements:

BS or MS, in CS, EE or related field
Expert knowledge of Linux: file systems, drivers, network.
2+years programming experience in C/C++, preferably in the Linux environment.
Deep understanding of TCP/IP and knowledgeable in network security
Fluent in English






Job Title 4:
Senior Software QA/Test Engineer

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and automate test cases and test plans for the company’s Internet security products and solutions
Perform quality assurance and testing throughout the software development process
Perform testing for software releases and hardware development
Execute tests on networking devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
Requirements:

BS or MS, in CS, EE or related field
7Yr+ working experience as a testing engineer
Ability to perform various test activities ranging from functional, boundary, error, performance, capacity, stress and load testing
Familiar with the software testing tools: IXIA, Smart Bits, Chariot, Spirent, Web Avalanche/Web Reflector
Knowledgeable in TCP/IP, IPSec, OSPF, RIP, VLAN, DHCP, SNMP, HTTP, HTTPS and/or similar networking protocols and concepts
Good programming skills in Perl and Tcl/Tk; C is a plus
Administrator level experiences on MS Windows and Linux operating system
Experience with automation testing tools such as CDRouter or SilkTest is a plus
Fluent in English







Job Title 5:
Senior Embedded Software Developer

Responsibilities:

Design and develop new features for Internet security products and solutions
Write design and test documents,
Work with the QA team to resolve software bugs
Support other teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements:

BS or MS, in CS, EE or related field
7 yr+ working experience on RTOS, such as VxWorks or Linux.
Deep understanding of TCP/IP and knowledgeable in IPSec, OSPF, RIP, VLAN, DHCP, SNMP, HTTP, HTTPS and/or similar networking protocols and concepts
Good programming skills in C
Good understanding of the challenges of network security
Fluent in English






Job Title 6:
Senior Software Automation Engineer

SummaryThe candidate should have deep understanding on QA methodologies and hands-on experiences on network device and/or GUI automations.

Requirements

BS or MS, in CS, EE or related field
5+ years programming experiences with Perl and Tcl/Tk
Administration level skills on Linux and Windows operating systems
Familiar with TCP/IP protocols
Experiences with networking device testing, such as switch, router, and firewalls
Good English communication skills
Programming experiences with other languages are plus: C/C++, Selenium, and Ruby Watir
Responsibilities

Develop automation test cases using Perl, Tcl/Tk, and other languages when necessary
Build and maintain automation test beds that including networking devices, Linux, and Windows machines
Keep tracking automation progress and automation results, troubleshoot automation failures, and work with QA and developers on reporting product defects
Work closely with automation manager to build up the team
