QA Engineer(自动化测试3年以上经验)
地点:上海漕河泾
英文要求:流利
薪水待遇:行业内偏高

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Analyzes business requirements to create appropriate software test plans and test cases.
· Develops software test systems (i.e. testing harness as appropriate), using scientific analysis and
problem-solving skills to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
· Ensure that the system meets all end user quality expectations.
· Responsible for making sure that proper test environment is proposed and put in place to enable all
types and level of testing.
· Consults with team members for testing plans, documentation, user education, and software support.
· Supports software system testing and validation procedures.
· Provides technical support including troubleshooting and diagnostics as needed.
· Consults, advises and educates leaders and other associates through presentations.
· Prioritizes and manages multiple tasks at once.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems,
with 3+ years of experience with some or all of the following:
o Expertise with Quick Test Professional (QTP) or any other equivalent testing tools
o Experience developing scripts to automate user interface testing using QTP
o Strong Java Server side knowledge
o Familiarity with JBOSS application server
o Strong SQL and PL/SQL exposure
o Experience working in both Windows and Linux platforms
o Familiarity with database design and structure
o Should have some experience with code management (version control systems) and software
build tools (Ant, make, Maven, etc)
· Good English communication skills verbally and in writing.
· Ability to meet outside of normal working hours for project and team meetings
· Must be a quick leaner and a team player
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Microsoft Office Applications Experience (Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook & PowerPoint)
· Ability to work effectively on highly complex, mission critical projects with limited supervision
· Team player who works well with the challenges of a geographically diverse team
Desired Skills:
· Experience with source control tools such as Subversion, CVS, PVCS, VSS, ClearCase
· Experience with continuous automation processes & tools (i.e. Hudson, Cruise Control)
· Project Management, Presentation, Organization skills
· Knowledge and experience in open architecture development and web services implementation.
· Adobe Flash.
