Responsibility Lead a 6-people QA team to build testing environment and perform testing.
Define and deploy project test schedule and plan.
Drive test activities ( test case design/review, testing execution, bug/issue tracking/resolving)
Cooperate with Requirement team, UX team and development team and guard for project deliery quality.
Grow up test team with good understanding and beharvior of Augmentum culture.
Qualification * BS/MS in Computer Science (or related field).
* 1-3 years software quality assurance or software testing experience is required.
* Knowledge of software testing (testing cycles and testing methodologies) and development process
* Capability to make test plan, design test case, and track defect status.
* Good problem resolving skills.
* Passion of software testing.
* Quick learning.
* Good sense of responsibility, good team team and communication
* Familiar with at least one programming language.
* State Power Grid related project experience is a plus.
* Linux platform experience is a plus.
* Automation testing/tools experience is a plus.
