Job Responsibilities
1.      Create test plans & test cases, perform test execution, and report defects
2.      Create and maintain automation scripts
3.      Communicate status & issues in a timely fashion and manage escalations appropriately
4.      Proactively solve issues and suggest process improvements
5.      Identify project risks, recommend and take actions to minimize risks
Job Requirements
1.      Strong understanding of QA methodology and excellent problem solving & defect isolating skills
2.      Proven experience in reviewing product specifications, designs, test plans and test documentation
3.      More than one year of experience on testing multi-tiered and distributed J2EE internet applications
4.      Proficiency in PL/SQL is a must as well as a good understanding of relational databases
5.      Project experience on any kinds of WEB servers, such as Tomcat, is desired
6.      Familiar with scripting languages, such as JavaScript
7.      Knowledge about cookies, session, XML, WEB service is necessary
8.      Proven experience on QA Automation tools, such as Selenium, is preferred
9.      Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
10.     Skill set on Java programming is a plus
