1)TD/LTE DSP SW Engineer(HZ-ND-1311)
Responsibilities
Responsible for TDLTE DSP SW architecture definition, specification, design, implementation, testing and maintenance
Develop the TDLTE DSP base band SW on the TI 64+ DSP, including PHY, MAC, TUP and etc.
Contribute to inspection/review of specification, design and interface
Follow NSN BTS SW develop process. Deliver the TDLTE DSP SW predictably with high quality
Requirements
M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
Basic knowledge on 3GPP standard, algorithms design and implementation
A good understanding of Digital Signal Processors and Digital Signal Processing
Experience in embedded software, esp. in telecommunication equipment, and knowledge on WCDMA/LTE/TD-SCDMA/WiMAX L1/L2 technology (Rake receiver, OFDM, MIMO, MAC, TUP, Channel encoding/decoding, etc.)
Strong C/C++ programming skill and RTOS knowledge
Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
3+ Years of working experience in DSP or Base Band fields are preferred
Experience in Beam-Forming design is a plus.
Proven to be quick learner and good team player, take responsibilities and initiatives.
1) TD/LTE DSP SW Testing Engineer(HZ-NT-1312)
Responsibilities
We are looking for engineer/specialists of DSP SW testing engineering in TDLTE products R&D.
You are responsible for
Capture TDLTE L1/L2 Feature and requirement
Design DSP SW testing strategy and test environment
Design DSP capacity and performance testing
Lead trouble shooting for complex case
Define eNodeB DSP SW architecture testing
Requirements
Good knowledge of mobile network technologies, radio system architectures, functions and standards, especially in the area of TD-SCDMA, WCDMA, WiMAX or LTE.
Experience in requirement/feature analysis; Understanding the WCDMA RAN or LTE requirements is a plus
Experience in radio resource management, capacity planning, dimensioning and algorithm simulation is plus
Experience in TDLTE testing is a plus
Master or Bachelor in telecommunication, computer science or equivalent technical education
Good communication and networking skills, fluent oral and written English

2) TD/LTE Control Plane/Local O&M SW Engineer(HZ-ND-1313)
Responsibilities
Responsible for LTE Control Plane and Local O&M SW architecture definition, specification, design, implementation, testing and maintenance
Contribute to inspection/review of specification, design and interface
Support LTE software integration and testing
Follow NSN BTS SW develop process. Deliver the LTE SW predictably with high quality
Requirements
M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
Good knowledge of mobile network technologies, radio system architectures, functions and standards, especially in the area of WCDMA/LTE/TDS-CDMA radio access systems.
Good knowledge of 3GPP Control Plane protocols and functions, especially in the area of WCDMA/LTE/TDS-CDMA radio access systems.

3) TD/LTE RAN System Testing Engineer(HZ-NT-1314)
Responsibilities
Prepares test plan and test cases and performing test in real environment. Finds faults, reporting faults and following up faults status
Consults, supports and guides others toward requirements from internal and even external customers.
Ensures the functionalities of BTS meet the requirement of specification on network and node level with test planning and execution. Estimates work amounts in own process area.
Participates/organizes knowledge sharing activities and contribute to the accumulation of experience and improvement of process
Be familiar with test process, usage of test tools and test equipments. Participate in inspection, workshop, task force and research group in daily work. Key inspector in own area
Involved in early SW design phase and provide testing feedback to improve testability
Requirements
M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
Good knowledge of wireless communication network, WCDMA/LTE background is preferred
You must have understanding of SW development processes and you see the importance of testing in the process
Previous experience in integration and verification work is definitely preferred
Test automation tools usage/development experience is optional
Fluent written and spoken English
