This Job position focus is on offering on-site professional Configuration Management Service to enterprise R&D end users from various Communications, Media, Entertainment and Transportation customers around the world. It has following requirements to fulfill this position
1) Offer various Software Configuration Management support solutions with customer-first professional attitude and high business sense to customers in Communications, Media, Entertainment and Transportation industries worldwide.
2) Lead team peers to build strong domain and technical knowledge and skills in meeting customer’s rapidly-changing enterprise Software Configuration Management environments as well as business processes.
3) Finding out customer pains through daily incident resolving and customer communication process and making valuable contributions to help HP in improving customer experiences to compete with other service providers.
4) Lead in optimizing work processes and tools by regular review and brain-storming to improve work efficiency and control costs without affecting customer experiences in getting qualified Software Configuration Management solutions
" "-Support engineers who can help to support Clearcase environment in a customer account. Below are the skill set requirements for the ClearCase engineer,
- Minimum 3 year of experience in IBM Rational ClearCase and ClearCase Multisite Administration (not use ClearCase application as an IT user ) in a mixed Client environment of Windows/Solaris/Linux
- Experience in Solaris 9/10 and Linux (Linux SUSE9 and SLED10) system support will be a bonus
- Experience in supporting Enterprise storage system like NAS (Network-attached storage) and SAN (Storage Area Network), will be a bonus if the person has handled Network-Appliance storage system like FAS3020
- Experience in supporting Enterprise Unix environment like NIS (Network Information System)
- Able to communicate adequately in English, both verbal and written
- Willing to do operations work and work after-office hours when required
- A team player
