General summary of Duties/Responsibilities
You will be joining a global team, working closely with colleagues who are based in the UK; you will need to communicate in English both by telephone and email. Our client is a major international investment bank; we develop, maintain and support their global 24 hour testing system environment.
Main Responsibilities:
· Commitment to ensuring quality and resource management
· Provide 24*7 hours support to the Testing systems of client
· Recording and updating work items in ticket logging system
· Answering hotline queries
· Escalation to client management
· Investigation, reporting and possible correction to failed batches
Mandatory Skills
· Good understanding of Software development
· Excellent spoken and written English.
· SAP experience is required (FICO module preferred but not limited to)
· Commitment to self-improvement and service-improvement
· Confident in communicating with international client
Desirable Skills(Please describe in bulletin points)
· System Support related experience is preferred
· JAVA or VB knowledge would be desirable
· Basic UNIX, Oracle and SQL knowledge are preferred
