Position: Senior Whitebox QA lead
Purpose:  Seeking a strong senior Whitebox QA lead to lead the testing of a variety of backend components in a fast-growing global leader in location-based service.

Responsibilities:
Lead a strong offshore Whitebox QA team in China to test the backend components powering TeleNav GPS application on cell phone
Improve automated regression coverage and reduce manual testing effort
Work closely with development team to review design documentation and participate in regular code reviews
Make recommendations to senior engineering management on tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage

Minimum Requirements:
BS or MS in computer science or related disciplines
BS with 4+ years experience or MS with 2+ years experience in software industry  with 2+ years of programming experience in Java or C++, plus 1+ years of testing-related experience
Proficient in SQL
Familiar with Unix/Linux environment
Familiarity with J2EE web application preferred
Proven experience in leading a team
Motivated team player with excellent communication skills
