Job Responsibilities

• To grow and lead the local Test team into a world-class SVT competency center.
• To help define the process and architecture for the next generation of the SVT team in the age of agile development
• To bring the customer insights into SVT test scenario, planning and everything we do in the QA organization.
  

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)

• 10+ years working experience and 5+ years of SVT test background and experience
• Familiar with Auto testing method and tools
• Strong experience and understanding in test process, methodology and tools, experience in testing automation
• Key competencies including effective communication, working in global development environment, and dedication
• Passion in growing, teaching younger, less experience team to a mature successful group.
• Proven project management and execution success.
• Middleware testing experiences preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal English
