QA:

Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for providing for the planning, integration, casing, scripting, and execution of all testing required of a single software change or project.
Reviewing business requirements, and design specifications for low to moderately complex changes/systems for completeness and testability.
Developing and maintaining test plans, test environment, test cases, test scripts and/or workflow usage, with some assistance.
Executing test scripts/cases and communicating the results of testing.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3 years testing or other development experience Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Experience of formal software development lifecycle
Develops in-depth analysis, which may be technically complex, and is recognized as a specialist on specific topics

Developers:

C# Software Engineer

Responsible for software design and coding, developing applications per written specifications.
Responsible for software testing and debugging.
Responsible for verbally communicating with colleagues both within and outside of the product development department.

Education:
Bachelor's degree or above

Required Skills, Necessary industry Experience & associated number of years of experience :
3+ years of C# experience
3+ years of Windows Forms development
3+ years of ASP.NET development
Strong knowledge of the Base Class Library
Strong knowledge of ASP.NET, HTML, CSS
Strong knowledge of ADO.NET
Strong knowledge of documenting technical specifications

Project Manager:
To lead the delivery of development projects from Initiation through Deployment, including all project activities to agreed quality, time and budget specifications while ensuring adherence to Reuter's project process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Define, document and execute technical projects, actively participating in all phases of the project.
Actively engage with local and global development, operations, and product management groups to ensure synchronization and awareness of all plans.
Actively engage with off-shore and onshore development teams as necessary. Taking responsibility for ensuring project plans are tightly coupled and deliverables aligned. .
Int'l travel may be required

Experience:

A minimum of four plus year's project management experience or an equivalent combination of project management experience, business experience and education in the financial services business.
Experience managing software development or technical projects required.

Project risk management experience and extensive project reporting experience required.
Extensive project management software tools experience required.
PMP Certification strongly suggested.
Bachelors Degree above.

Skills:
Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
Must be capable of managing several projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Must be able to cope with continual change.
Experience with Reuters project management process, knowledge of Reuters product architecture, technology strategy, or Data Operations a plus.
Extensive experience with Microsoft office and project planning tools.
