Job description
Rational software is from IBM Software Group. It helps organizations create business value by improving their software development capability. The Rational software development platform integrates software engineering best practices, tools, and services. Rational's standards-based, cross-platform solution helps software development teams create and extend business applications, embedded systems and software products.

The qualified candidates should meet the below requirement:
. Deep software engineering practice and tools skill set with 3 years above experience in sizeable software development project, prefer Project management by lead project in full cycle.
. Deep presale skill set with 2 years above presales support in software industry. Multinational Company working experience is preferred.
. Excellent in communication and proactive team player, be able to fit in the IBM core value and core leadership capability well.
. Experience in Project Management, OO Analysis, Design Methodology, Testing Automation or Configuration Management is preferred.

Responsibilities：
. Provide pre-sales support for Rational product selling
. Build up a trust relationship with customer and understand their requirements
. Develop solution with IBM Rational products to satisfy customer needs
. Deliver presentation and POC (Proof Of Concept) to customers according to the real case situation
. Participates in activities that create intellectual capital (collateral and assets) and know-how (expertise and proficiency of customers, partners and brand technical specialists) that leverage customer experiences and make it easier to sell and deliver in the future

Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years experience in presales support in software industry
English: Fluent
Chinese simplified: Fluent
