1.Senior QA Analyst (Traditional CN×1, Simplified CN×1)
Blizzard Entertainment is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance professional with demonstrated organizational and leadership ability.
The Senior QA Analyst is responsible for leading projects through the test cycle and ensures the team is prepared to meet those testing demands.
Job Duties:
• Lead a team of testers, following the project progression with the team and assisting test staff with all aspect of the QA cycle.
• Create and maintain checklists to test product.
• Test with the QA Tester to ensure the highest quality.
• Allocate available resources so that the team is competently staffed and ready to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ensure that the products are adapted for China in a socially responsible manner with an emphasis on respecting the culture of the territory they are being localized into.
• Work closely within teams and mentor new employees.
• Interview and train QA personnel.
• Assist in the generation and implementation of procedures for more effective and efficient testing year over year.
• Work with the QA Manager to track employee attendance and validate timesheets for accuracy.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.
• Other duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
• Lead or supervisory experience in a software testing environment.
• Ability to work well in a team as well as cross-team collaboration skills
• Ability to guide project team through a full product life cycle.
• Impeccable organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read/write and speak English
• A finely-honed attention to detail.
• Absolute passion for games.

2. QA Analyst (Traditional CN×2, Simplified CN×2)
Blizzard Entertainment is looking for intelligent and highly motivated QA Analysts, to test our games in Traditional Chinese. The ideal candidate is a hardcore gamer with a solid QA background who is capable of finding and accurately describing issues in an organized and clear fashion. Additionally they would be a self starter and work on their own initiative.
Job Duties:
• Perform testing assignments with limited supervision.
• Document bugs with clear and straightforward reproduction steps and identify similar problems to what is being tested
• Issue identification outside of the normal test boundaries (testing outside the box)
• Maintain bugs in a global database thru their entire life cycle.
• Work closely with other teams
• Give suggestions and feedback on Blizzard products
Requirements
• Passion for games
• Fluency in Traditional or Simplified Chinese and Chinese culture
• Solid grasp of QA cycle and processes
• Experience with both localization and Functionality testing
• Unrelenting motivation and initiative
• Ability to follow directions
• Good communication skills (both oral and written)
• Strong work ethic
• Attention to detail
• Good analytic skills
• Basic English reading / writing ability
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary to meet project deadlines
