Title: Lead, QA / Testing
Report to: Sr. Manager, Engineering, Dalian
Location: Dalian
   
       Responsibility:
       1. Development, maintenance and improvement of quality assurance processes and testing strategies
      2. Leading a small team of quality assurance engineers and providing technical leadership and mentoring to that team
      3. Making staffing recommendations based on scale of existing and upcoming software projects
      4. Developing and maintaining test plans for all Third Pillar software systems in finance industry
      5. Interfacing with project management to ensure that specifications are detailed enough to cover test case generation
      6. Developing and maintaining detailed test cases based on provided specifications
      7. Supporting existing production systems
      8. Determining the 3rd party software solutions that will be used to automate the testing of software systems.
      
       Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
       1. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
       2. Strong analytical skills
       3. Ability to interact and maintain effective relationships with supervisors, subordinates and other employees to accomplish the require tasks.
      4. Ability to document complex technical data in a concise and clear manner.
      5. Ability to be a self-starter and use own initiative appropriately.
      6. Ability to acquire and refine new and complex technical skills.
      7. Ability to speak and give presentation to stakeholders / Sr. Management for testing approach, statistics etc.
      
       Qualifications (Education, Training and Experience):
      1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in computer science or closely related field.
      2. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted to meet the above requirements
