Job Functionalities:
•        Plan, direct, oversees and improve QA System and own the data management QA deliverables
•        Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements
•        Lead the team to accomplish QA related project cost, schedule and scope commitments
•        Responsible to provide QA daily report covering manual, automation, status/severity, etc
•        Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes
•        Work with our clients/Business Analysts to analyze requirements and ensure requirements are clear and unambiguous   
•        Involved from the beginning of the SDLC to have a clear business process understanding
•        Design, create and execute detailed functional Test Cases
•        Automate test cases
•        Liaise with development, project management, and customer support
•        Suggest training and support to Management team to ensure competitive development
•        Create and frost a culture of innovation, creativity, teamwork


Qualifications:
•        Experience in using Jira, Confluence, and other Testing Tools
•        Rich Experience in managing the QA in BigData & Hadoop teams
•        Experience in Interface / Middleware Testing – Testing the message transformation between various systems
•        Experience in working with vendors and customers including executing UAT
•        Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
•        Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking
•        Must have a “can do” attitude and be open to learning new skills
•        5+ years of relevant QA technical experience
•        ISTQB Software Testing Certified
•        BS/MS in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or related degree preferred
•        Experience working with HDFS, ElasticSearch and Kafka is a plus
•        Experience with setting up and managing end to end test environments is an advantage
