1.Intern: Software Test Engineer
　
General Info:
Academic Requirement:        Post graduate students preferred
　　
Key Responsibilities:
•        Take part in the software test lifecycle activities for Aerospace / Avionic systems related software and tools
•        Development of test scripts and test application for the Aerospace / Avionic systems
•        Certification of the Aerospace / Avionic systems software tools as per FAA requirements.


　　
Qualifications and Experience:
•        Post Graduate student, Major in the computer or computer related.
•        0.5 to 1 year software development experience in C/C++, Testing experience preferred.
•        Knowledge of software process
•        Excellent work attitude and team work spirit
•        Good communication skills with fluency in written English

2. Testing Engineer (A)

Key Responsibilities:
•        Author test plans, test assets (programs), and test automation to accelerate test asset execution
•        Perform operations on an infrastructure -- this includes installation of software stacks, maintenance, oversight and administration of h/w and s/w for product measurement
•        Report test results -- Provide accurate and timely indication of product state to management
•        Triage -- When a test fails, ability to differentiate between infrastructure issue, test issue, or product issue.  Also ability to supply evidence of how to reproduce the issue and create a meaningful report to document the issue

Qualifications and Experience:
•        Bachelor’s degree
•        2 years experience (1year is also considered if English is OK) in writing test scripts, and test cases.
•        Effective communication, interpersonal, and planning skills.
•        Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of project team, users and vendors.
•        With Software Development or knowledge of Mercury Quality Center tool experiences is a plus.（拥有者优先）
•        In depth knowledge and understanding of Software Development methodologies, and lifecycle processes. Knowledge of CMM(I) is a plus. （拥有者优先）
•        Ability to author with scripting languages (PERL, SHELL, PHP, etc.). JAVA programming exposure a plus.（拥有者优先）.
•        Manual Testing or QTP and QC are plus.

3.Testing Engineer (B)

Key Responsibilities:
•        Working with designer and developers; Responsible for coding, testing and documentation activities;.
•        Perform integrated test, system test and regression testing, and log the test report;
•        Performing the load performance test, and log the test report;
•        Develop, test, document, and deploy J2EE software system

Qualifications and Experience:
•        Bachelor degree, computer science or relevant majors
•        2+ years of experience working on software testing, at least 1 project  experience in J2EE/Java web application testing
•        Understanding the testing concepts, techniques, process, and tools to enable & discover defects effectively, and ensuring quality
•        Familiar with Oracle and PL/SQL
•        Understand the full manual & automated testing life cycle
•        Competent in using Mercury’s test Suite Experience with QC, QTP, Load runner is preferred.
•        Good team work spirit.
•        Good communication skill
•        Proactive, sense of Initiative
