Testing Manager

Requirement

Motivated and experienced technical lead, who is able to independently plan and coordinate testing effort with the engineering team.

At least 3 years working experience in software developing and testing is required. You must be good at C/C++/C# coding, excellent in problem solving, have good sense of software product quality and test workflow. Experience in internet service, search engine or product search would be a great plus but not a must.

Oversea experience will be a good plus.

Responsibility

The candidate will be part of senior member of a team responsible for building a world class internet scale service focusing on various search features including but not limited to news, entertainment, multimedia, and other search verticals.

Partner with other discipline managers to provide significant contribution on engineering practice, feature sets and user scenarios, release schedule, as well as managing the multiple release cycles.
