1. Job Specifications: (acquired information necessary to do the job)

 协助测试经理确定自动化测试流程
Assist the test manager in determining auto test process;
 设计功能或性能自动化测试脚本并提供相关测试技术的解决方案;
Design function or performance auto test scripts and offer solutions to relevant test techniques;
 带领自动化测试工程师完成项目的自动化测试工作
Lead test engineers to complete auto test;
 测试技术的培训，协助测试经理完成团队的技术导向分配。
Provide training on test techniques and assist the manager to accomplish technology-oriented assignment of the team;
 维护和完善自动化测试框架和库函数
Maintain and improve auto test framework and library functions.

2. Job Requirements:

Knowledge（acquired information necessary to do the job）

 具有较完整的软件知识体系结构(操作系统、软件工程、数据库系统、网络)
With comprehensive software knowledge, including operating system, software engineering, database system and network;
 熟练掌握软件工程、软件测试理论知识和方法，熟知软件测试流程和测试方法
Proficient in software engineering, testing theory and methods, relevant test process and test methods;

Skills (acquired measurable behaviors)
 能根据项目的背景和需求，和项目测试负责人共同制定自动化测试的解决方案
Make solutions to auto test together with project manager according to project background and requirement;
 熟悉C，C++，JAVA，VBScript, VB的一种或多种编程语言
Familiar with one or more programming languages such as C++, C#, VB or JAVA;
 熟练使用Mercury QTP,TD,/WR/LR或IBM的Robot,TestManager
Familiar with the use of Mercury QTP, TD, /WR/LR or Robot and Test Manager of IBM;
 精通Oracle或者Sql Server数据库，会使用PL/SQL或TOAD等
Proficient in databases such as Oracle or Sql Server, and capable of using PL/SQL or TOAD;
 精通Windows, UNIX/Linux操作系统和J2EE框架，Web应用服务器，应用服务器，能独立搭建测试环境
Proficient in Windows OS, UNIX/Linux OS and J2EE architecture, Web application server and application server, and capable of establishing test environment independently;
 了解CMMI和软件质量保证流程，会使用至少一种配置管理工具
Familiar with CMMI and software quality assurance process, able to use at least one configuration management tools;
 具有较好的分析判断能力、和综合协调能力
Good at analysis, communication and coordination;
 具有良好的英文阅读、书写和听说能力，积极刻苦的工作态度和团队协作及沟通能力
Good command of English (listening, reading, speaking and writing); teamwork spirit.

满足以下条件者优先考虑:
Candidates with the following skills preferred:
 具有开发背景或有大型软件项目测试工作经验者优先
With experience in large project management, development and test;
 有Mercury CPC认证者优先考虑
With Mercury CPC certification;
 有利用自动化测试框架设计自动化测试脚本的项目经验优先
With experience in designing auto test scripts by means of auto test framework.

Education background:

 计算机及相关专业本科以上学历，英语四级及以上
Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or relevant major; CET-4 or above.

Working Experience:
 3-5年软件测试相关经验（具有两年以上软件测试工作经验和至少一年的自动化功能或性能测试经验）
3-5 years software test experience (over 2 years software test experience and at least one year auto function and performance test experience)
