an error has occurred while loading the oracle call interface. the OCIDLL parameter may be incorrect, or there may be a corruption in TNSNAMES.ORA or an OCI-related DLL.

sox5073:error recevied when parsing TNSNAMES.ora
mismatch in brackets when reading file c:\oracle\ora90\network\admin\tnsnames.ora
please contact quest support for more  information if the  error persists.
