•        5+ years in Software Quality Assurance or Engineering Management Experience in managing multiple simultaneous projects in a dynamic environment and strong customer service attitude and eagerness to solve problems
•        Ability to inspire, motivate and care for employees while looking out for company viability
•        Ability to advocate for product quality with employees, peers and managers
•        Able to understand and articulate how changes in technology impact customer experience
•        Ability to define and institutionalize ongoing quality improvement processes working with interdepartmental teams
•        5+ years of QA experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, Flash and AJAX
•        Provide High level vision to the team according to current and forward view.

•        Proven experience in software development and QA methodology.

Qualifications
