Job Responsibility

1'Will be responsible for planning project deliverables, allocation, tracking and reporting. Analysing the different test metrics and conducting RCA and taking corrective actions for deviations

2'Will also interface with customer and participate in the project related sync up meetings with customer and develop customer relationship.

3'Will be responsible for people management, planning the competency improvement actions, rotations, motivation related initiatives and performance managent of the team.

Job Requirement
Minimum 3-4 year of experience in project management in telecom domain.
Minimum 4 year of experience in I&V testing, test planning and execution processes in telecom domain.
Good knowledge of wireless communication network, data communication networks, UMTS, HSPA, WCDMA background is preferred
Experience in using equipments like specturm analyser, IUB analyser, IP impairment emualtor tools are plus.
Experience in automation test development and execution are plus
Fluent in verbal and nonverbal English and Mandarin
Bachelor or Master degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
Proactive, self-motivated, achievement oriented and customer focussed
Enjoy team work and open to feedback
