TTS / SDET
1.Good communication skill and ability to work within a team environment
2.Ability to communicate clearly with written English
3.Ability to learn quickly
4.Solid C/C++/C# coding skill for developing test automation tools
5.Goodtest sense and detail oriented
6.Ability to author test cases by following the test specs
7.A BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline is required
8.A keen desire and ability to break software
9.Experience in a speech-related area is a plus

BigFin /SDET
1.2+year experience in C# development
2.Experience in client/server product testing
3.Knowledge in internet protocols: TCP/IP ,HTTP,SIP
4.4-year degree in computer science or equivalence
5.Knowledge in Silverlight development, Microsoft WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)
6.1+year product testing experience
7.Experience in unified communication development/test a big plus
