Job Title        Automation Testing Architecture  
Location        Shanghai  

Responsibility & Requirements        Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Deep knowledge in automation tools, process and technology
• Develop new methodologies/ techniques, conduct mentoring, provide training, and leverage knowledge within the team
• Participation in planning and design, introduce needs at requirements level, predict quality based needs for existing customers, etc
• Execute tests cross the product (exceeding the team’s boundaries), capable of utilizing few testing, monitoring and emulation tools for the tests execution
• Ability to define an automation project need and accompany to project as a consultant
• Strong technology leadership to drive automation process and solution.
• Have development background.
• Knowledge on BTO product especially SM is a big plus.
Requirements: Essential Education, Skills and Environment
Education and Work Experience
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related work experience
• 5+ years in software industry including participation in a few enterprise-class projects
• Extremely productive as an independent engineer，leading experience is highly preferred
• Enjoys difficult challenges, a problem solver
• Discipline in good engineering practices (e.g. documentation, test case maintain and design …etc)
• Strong communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally with peers and customers.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong automation skills
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
Mandatory Skills:
• CET 6
• Good knowledge of least one programming language
• Good Agile development experience
• Good team player and self starter
• Abundance of automation programming experience
• Web application development experience
• Familiarity of web server environments Linux, Unix, HP-Unix, AIX, Solaris; experience with automation & testing tools such as: Silk, Quick Test Professional, Selenium, Fit/Fitness, Winrunner or Loadrunner;
Desired Skills:
• Architected, designed, developed, deployed, and maintained multiple automation testing frameworks
• Strong customer facing skill  
• Strong communication skill with good agile experience
