Minimum – Maximum Years of Experience: 5 –11 yrs
Profile / Skill Sets/Responsibilities:
• Should be able toperform Independently below tasks:
o TestRequirement analysis,
o Provideinput and complete test plan and estimate
o MaintainTest Requirement Traceability
o CreateTest plan, Test Scenarios, Test Cases and Test data
o Executionof test cases in diff. phases of testing
o DefectManagement
o QCExperience
• Have good understandingof testing process and Methodologies including Agile testing
• Should be able to workin multi-location and culture environment
• Should be able to workand manage good relationship with client and development team
Testing Skill Details:
• Functional Testing
Experience in all phases of testing likeSystem testing, System Integration testing, End To End testing, User Acceptancetesting etc.
Experience in Application testing
• Exp. in SQL.
• Automation Testing
o QTPExperience – Mandatory
o Seleniumand Automation testing Tool Experience – Preferred
o Experiencein designing Automation Framework - Preferred
Nice to have(Not Mandatory)
• Programming Language:
.NET, Java, Unix/Linux, Database Knowledge
Test Lead /Senior Testing Engnieer
Minimum – Maximum Years of Experience: 3 –7yrs
Profile / Skill Sets/Responsibilities:
• Should be able toperform Independently below tasks:

• Have good understandingof testing process and Methodologies including Agile testing
• Should be able to workin multi-location and culture environment
• Should be able to workand manage good relationship with client and development team
• Should be able tocoordinate with Onsite team outside China
Testing Skill Details:
• Web Application Testing- Mandatory
Good experience in testing Webapplications. Should have exp. in all phases of testing like System testing,System Integration testing, End To End testing, User Acceptance testing etc.
Experience in UI/Front end testing as wellas Back end testing.
Good knowledge of SQLs for writing queryfor testing
• AutomationTesting/Performance Testing - Optional
o QTPExperience – Optional
o Seleniumand Automation testing Tool Experience – Optional
o Experiencein designing Automation Framework –Optional
o LoadRunner/JMeter- Optional
Nice to have:
• Programming Language:
