TestLink和JIRA结合问题

我按说明将config.inc.php中的TL_INTERFACE_BUGS值修改成JIRA，然后修改jira.cfg.php文件，我不知道我的jira.cfg.php文件修改是否有误？因为启动后老报错，且testlink进不去

启动的报错信息：
