TM candidate profile:

-     Good knowledge about WCDMA technique, especially on L1, Power control, measurement.
-     Signal generator and spectrum analyzer tool use experience is a good plus.
-     3+ years related work experience.
-     Open-minded, like work in a multicultural team and willing to support others
-     Have good communication and cooperation skills
-     Fluent spoken and written English

OR  

Trans candidate profie:

-      Good knowledge of IP transport technologies and protocols, such as vlan/ospf/tcp/udp/gtp/rtp/sctp and so on;
-      Good knowledge of 3G/4G network system, especially for WCDMA RAN;
-      Good troubleshooting skills;
-      Medium knowledge of ATM transport is a strong plus,
-      Basic knowleage of SDH/PDH, Microwave equipments, Router&Switch is a plus
-      Basic knowledge of synchronization networks is a plus
-      Basic knowledge of Unix and Linux is a plus
-      Being familiar with I&V process and practice is a plus;
-      Fluent spoken and written English
