招聘岗位：Systems Test Engineer (Nanjing) 4人

Overview:
Calix is seeking entry level and experienced test engineers with background knowledge or direct experience in access network testing, particularly in Active Ethernet Architectures supporting point to point optical delivery of voice, video, and data services. Knowledge of Layer 2 and 3 fundamentals and internetworking is a must, additional experience in Network Access Technologies such as BPON or GPON is desirable. Candidates must be highly motivated, work well with others, work independently, work in a fast paced environment, and eager to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities:
Participate in developing, documenting and executing verification test strategy and test plans within planned project timelines
Develop, write and execute detailed integration and verification test cases
Write clear, concise, understandable detailed problem descriptions and test reports
Work closely with development team on feature integration, problem discovery and problem resolution.
Work with Automation tools to automate and execute test cases/plans

Qualifications:
BSEE/BSCS required.
Strong background in understanding either L2 or L3 networking, telecom, datacomm, or network management system.
Experience in testing and/or integration of PON and/or Active Ethernet preferred.
Experience with telecommunications equipment testing in one or more of the following areas preferred: Video, ATM, FE/GE Ethernet, and VOIP.
Test automation experience preferred.
