Quality Analyst (质量测试工程师)

Dimension & Scope:
Provide services to the business unit and line management to define and implement quality management strategies consistent with corporate goals, quality initiatives, and priorities. The guidelines detailed responsibilities will be established by each business unit's individual Quality Plan. This position must be credible and viewed as a leader in data analysis and process definition and improvement.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
•        Executes and documents the quality control and testing of the next-generation telecom applications as scheduled.       
•        Actively participates in the design of test cases and preparation of related testing documents.
•        Designs and develops test scripts.       
•        Execute the test scripts and write test reports.       
•        Researches and analyzes data for use in improvement initiatives. Assists with project plan development; identifying possible support from other organizations; and working with the appropriate management area to assess and report progress.
•        Executes and documents the process analysis of critical business processes within the unit. This includes identifying processes that need re-engineering or that need process enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency; recommending strategies; and assisting line management with the implementation of the plans.
•        Assist in facilitating situation analysis, root cause analysis, and gap analysis between process performance and established objectives for the unit line management.

Education & Professional Experience:


BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineer or related technical discipline from college or university, with 3 to 5 years professional experience; or Equivalent combination of education and experience.       


Candidate Profile/Qualifications:

•        Knowledge of software testing process, methodologies and tools is essential.
•        Knowledge in telecom industry is preferred.
•        Possess excellent problem solving skills.
•        Excellent planning and organizational skills are required.
•        Possess excellent analytical skills.
•        Strong interpersonal skills and solid written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
•        Proficiency with various software applications programs such as Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office Suite is required.
•        Candidate must be mature & flexible enough, and know how to work in MNC environment.
