•Cases Administration: Case build, transfer and close etc.
•Client and Web-related issues/questions: Usage & Configuration questions, Installation & Connection issues, development issues etc.
•Code development and problem cases solving etc.
   


任职资格：   

•Strong troubleshooting skills
•Strong communication skills
•Flexible and adaptable
•Fast learner and able to understand complex systems thoroughly
• Experience with Windows (XP, 2000 server, 2003 server) server operating systems
•Experience with UNIX (HP-UX) operating systems is strongly desirable
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle or SQL server) is strongly desirable
• Experience with Java and J2EE is desirable
• Knowledge of ITIL is desirable
•Study abroad experience is preferred(<= 1 years working experience is ok)
