UNIX Based Software Test Automation Engineer
Responsibilities
1. Execute functional/regression test procedures, using established templates and guidelines. Working closely with other testers and R&D developers in test design, problem reproduce and trouble shooting.
2. Design test plan and test case.
3. Execute test and analyze result.
4. Configure and maintain test environment.
5. Optimize and automate test process.
6. Based on test plan and analysis of engineering requirements, design and implement automated solutions of products testing. Should be able to abstract and create test cases to simulate real-world scenarios.
7. Develop testing tools for verifying and testing products, provide configure programs as well as participate in overall product testing activities.
8. Maintain test tools.

Requirements
1. BSCS or MSCS, or equivalence is required.
2. Good fundamental knowledge on computer science.
3. 1+ year experience in coding development, such as Shell/Perl/Expect/Python/C/C++/Java programming with design, implementation, coding, debugging and troubleshooting skills.
4. Experience with Unix/Linux OS general knowledge such as OS installation, networking configures, storage management, system maintenance and hands on experiences.
5. Good communication in both Chinese and English.



QA Lead
We are seeking an experienced, technical, creative, mature and visionary leader with experience in leading and growing world-class QA teams for applications of global scale and delivered over the internet.
A strong candidate will be a hands-on manager with experience with agile development, strong technical ability, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast paced environment.
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for building a world-class QA organization and culture, prioritize and allocate agile resources; design and implement test automation of internet scale web solutions and have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about product, and technical challenges.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
 Responsible for the over-all quality of the product
 Formulation, management and execution of project test strategies, plans and delivery commitments in concert with business and project management efforts.
 Management of QA departmental resources, staffing, and enhancing and maintaining a best-of-class quality team
 Work closely with the architects and developers to develop superior processes, tools, and techniques
 Maintain current technical knowledge to support rapidly changing technology
 Report on status of product quality to management and product teams via rigorous execution of detailed plans and accurate reporting of test cases executed, bugs discovered, bugs fixed, etc.

Qualifications:
 Strong desire to build, sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
 10+ years experience in enterprise and large-scale internet-facing software quality, including 5+ years as a leader
 Strong familiarity with OOP, Java and agile development methodologies.
 Hands-on experience with installation and administration of Linux
 Hands-on experience with automated test tools (e.g. HP/Mercury LoadRunner, QC, QTP)
 Working knowledge of SOAP and RESTful style web services
Strong working knowledge of automated code coverage and static analysis software
 Strong familiarity with large-scale distributed system and databases
 Proven results oriented person with a delivery focus and demonstrated ability to achieve in a highly innovative and fast paced environment.
