HP TIT部门需要什么样的测试人员：
简单来说，容易吸引HP关注的测试人员的能力和经验包括：
（1）因为我们属于软件测试部门，我们看重在软件方面的测试经验，比如CS/BS，Web，ERP系统，SAP，Oracle，CRM，Siebel，电信的BOSS和网管系统
（2）测试流程和测试方法论的知识，比如测试需求，用例设计，缺陷流程，测试执行等，如果懂得软件测试质量概念，或有ISTQB以及ITLE证书会有不少加分
（3）测试工具能力，我们最欢迎有HP测试工具的使用经验的人，包括Quality Center， HP QTP， Load Runner， Dianostics， SiteScope，PPM， BAC（尤其是前面三种工具），如果会市面其他的主流测试工具，我们也非常欢迎。
（4）英语能力在HP也是非常重要的，所以我们希望你有很好的听说读写能力，但如果你的技术非常出色，在英语的听和说上，我们可以放宽要求。

面试流程：
面试流程上会先有同事给大家做一个电话的Screening面试，看看基本情况，如果通过后会安排技术面试和项目主管面试，这些的面试可能会是电话，也可能会邀请你到
金科路2557号惠普公司来参加面试。对于面试结果，因为人数太多，我们采取查询的方式，如果你不确定你面试的结果，请在一周后发邮件到tithiring@hp.com,给出你的名字，我们会尽快回复你结果。
面试中因为有可能涉及到安排项目上的面试，所以面试的次数很难确定，请理解，但我们会尽快完成面试。

工作方式：
项目工作会安排在客户onsite或者offshore两种方式，如果是offshore基本就是在上海办公，onsite必须到客户现场，

HP的测试部门招聘流程实在是。。。
今年从3月一直面到7月，面了几个项目组了，最近一次是两周前，自己觉得没什么问题应该是过了，到最后也没个回音。。。不知道卡在哪个环节了。也不给个回复，到底是没过关呢还是别的原因。反正HP的招聘太折腾人了。

Responsbilities
1.熟悉各种手机应用平台，至少熟悉一种，如Andrid,Windows mobile OS, Iphone, Palm WebOS

2.熟悉手机应用的功能性测试，等知识体系（测试理论，测试方法，手机软件测试的特殊性等等）,有手机软件自动化测试优先考虑

3.对移动设备间的通信机制、协议比较熟悉，如蓝牙，WiFi

4.熟悉软件测试流程，各类软件生命周期

5.本科以上学历，工作年限3-5或者5年以上年手机软件测试经验

6.有编程代码经验者优先考虑， 英语要求至少要能沟通

1.       Good communication skills (verbal and written)

2.       Ability to work efficiently with minimal documentation and supervision

3.       Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle process as it relates to different testing stages

4.       Strong skills in Black Box Testing methodologies, including but not limited to ad-hock testing, regression testing, performance testing, compatibility testing, user acceptance testing, etc.

5.       Experience in writing  clear and concise bug reports and test cases

6.       Strong working experience with Windows (XP, Vista, Win7), Mac (last 2-3 platforms) and/or Linux (2-3 main distributions).

7.       Strong knowledge of GUI standards across multiple platforms (detailed in #6 above)

8.       Good working experience with different browsers across multiple platforms: IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.
