由于近期上海办公楼的员工趋于饱和,目前杭州的办公楼开始招聘测试人员,主要是面向junior的测试人员,要是senior的朋友也可以选择在上海或杭州就业。
学历要求:本科及其以上,并通过国家英语四级或六级考试。

Role 1 : Test Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a project team to complete testing as per the client requirement.
2. Responsible for project quality, process control and knowledge management.
3. Communicate with client or onsite.
4. Project estimation, planning and tracking.
5. Participate detailed testing job like test case design and execution if necessary.
Key Requirements
1. BS or above in CS or related.
2. 5 years + software testing working experience.
3. 2+ years’ testing management experience.
4. Expert in software testing related technique & process.
5. Have project estimation, planning and tracking experience.
6. Familiar with CMMI.
7. Insurance domain experience will be a preference.
8. Self motivator and quick learner.
9. Good written and oral communication skill in both English and Chinese.
Role 2: Test Analyst / (Senior) Test Engineer/Test Engineer
Key Responsibilities
1. Complete projects with a testing team.
2. Analyze Business Requirement and generate Test Strategy.
3. Test Cases design and execution.
4. Defect Tracking.
5. Review deliverables till all review defects fixed.
6. Assist Test Manager to manage the team and make sure process is followed up well.
Key Requirements
1. BS or above in CS or related.
2. 1-5 years’ software testing working experience.
3. Good understanding of software testing related technique & process.
4. Experience in testing analysis, functional testing, system testing etc.
5. Auto testing experience will be a preference.
6. Quality Center or ClearQuest experience is preferred.
7. Mainframe testing experience is preferred.
8. Insurance testing experience is preferred.
9. Self motivator and quick learner.
10. Good written and oral communication skill in both English and Chinese.
Role 3:
• TA / TTL / PM / SPM with experience in:
SAP (MM/PP/SD/FICO/ BI/BW/CRM)
Oracle Apps (Financials)
PeopleSoft (Financials/HRMS/HCM)
Siebel CRM
Skills Required for TA / TTL / PM / SPM – SAP/Oracle Apps/ PeopleSoft/Siebel CRM
SAP/ Oracle Apps/PeopleSoft/ Siebel CRM TA / TTL:
• 3 – 8 Years of IT experience of which at least 2 - 3 years should be in the area of testing
• Thorough knowledge of one of the packages
• Should have experience on end to end implementation / upgrade programs
• Experience in Test Data and understanding of various Testing methodologies/Tools is a must
• Exposure to automation will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent client interfacing & team leadership skills ( for TTL)
SAP/ Oracle Apps/PeopleSoft/ Siebel CRM PM / SPM:
• 8 - 13 Years of IT experience of which at least 5 years should be in the area of testing
• Thorough knowledge of one of the packages
• Should have experience on leading tracks on end to end implementation / upgrade programs
• Experience in defining test strategies for end to end implementation / upgrade programs
• Experience in Test Data and understanding of various Testing methodologies/Tools is a must
• Excellent test management, team leadership, client interfacing, presentation and communication skills
