SDET（工作地点：北京维亚大厦）
1)        Windows Embedded experience
a.        Experience using Visual Studio, Platform Builder and tools.
b.        Experience understanding Embedded development : memory management, process\threads, etc
2)        Fluent in C \ C++
a.        Ability to code a function on request
b.        Knows basic object oriented programming theory
c.        Knows basic algorithms and data structures
3)        Test background
a.        Ability to debug their own test code
b.        Ability to test a given piece of test code
c.        Ability to come up with abstract test cases
4)        Fluent in English
a.        Good spoken, written and reading
5)        Passion for technology, for learning and growing
a.        Someone who is self-motivated
b.        Someone who drives the team to be better
c.        Someone who is open and flexible to guidance and criticism to be better

Nice to have requirements:
1)        Previous experience with Microsoft is beneficial.  
a.        Experience with Microsoft as a tester
b.        Experience with Microsoft test tools like WTT
c.        Understanding of Microsoft culture and expectations
2)        Fluent in C#
a.        There  is a unique position on our team which requires C# knowledge. If a candidate has C#, they may be able to fit into our team.
