因为工作需要我们这次准备招聘3名初级测试工程师,有兴趣的同鞋考虑申请一下吧^^


初级软件测试工程师
工作职责:
  • 全程产品测试-浏览Exoweb产品程序的特性及功能目录,检验运行状况。清楚识别遇到的每一个缺陷,并记录如何复制它们。
  • 特性验证-验证开发人员完成的程序功能是否满足给出的要求。
  • 实用性测试-在测试中,找出使用不便的程序功能,并清楚的指出问题所在。
  • 破坏性测试-浏览程序,使用新的和巧妙的方法,试图从审美设计到使用和安全问题各个方面入手去破坏现有程序。
  • 缺陷分析及报告-除了上述的一般程序缺陷报告外,还要分析已发现问题的变化趋势。范围包括从缺陷的种类到由某个特定开发人员造成的错误。
任职要求:
  • 关注细节和质量-认同细节的重要性,因为细节可以保证我们一直为之而努力的质量,所以希望你能在放大镜下观察我们的世界,发现每一个最细小的问题。
  • 极佳的视觉审美-认同形式和内容具有同样的重要性,可以凭借直觉将两者合理的结合到一起,并用你的热情保证可操作性。
  • 破解事物的热情-孜孜不倦,利用所有可以想象的方法去破坏程序的功能,直至其各方面特性达到天衣无缝。
  • 极佳的汇报技巧-不仅能分析BUG和建立缺陷模型,并及时,简明的以一种能够直观再现的方法将相关信息汇报给你的项目经理及团队,切记眼前留下的问题终将会造成麻烦。
  • 快速理解需求的能力-通过阅读只有一两行文字的简单邮件,可明确其需求,从而快速判断出功能或需求是否被正确实现,还是需要送回返工。
  • 英语基础- 有英语学习的能力,并能从双语的工作环境中得到提高和锻炼。
  • 具有足够的耐心- 理解重复劳动在这项工作中的重要意义,并时刻留意测试后程序所发生的改变。理解只有通过连续且重复的测试,我们才能快速的捕捉到错误的所在。
  • 技术经验- 有相关技术的工作经验和学术背景者优先,但不是必须。

SOFTWARE TESTER(Junior position)
Responsibilities:
  • ENTIREPRODUCT TEST - Walking through a checklist of features andfunctionality for Exoweb products and verifying that everything works.Clearly identify any defects encountered and document how to reproducethem.
  • FEATURE VERIFICATION - Verifying that work just completed by a developer follows the requirements given
  • USABILITYTESTING - While testing the site, identify features that have beenimplemented in a way that is hard to use and point out clearly theproblems with it.
  • BREAKAGE TESTING - Going through thesite, trying new and ingenious methods to "break" the site. This rangesfrom breaking aesthetic design to usability and security failures.
  • DEFECTANALYSIS AND REPORTING - Besides the normal defect reports generatedabove, also identify any trends in defects discovered. This can rangefrom type of defect to particular developer generating defects.
Requirements:
  • EYEFOR DETAIL AND QUALITY - You agree that details are important, sincedetails make quality and quality is what we strive for. You perceivethe world through a magnifying glass and the smallest problem is veryobvious to you.
  • SENSITIVE TO VISUAL ESTHETICS - Youknow about the value of both form and function, and can almostintuitively point out the very solution that combines both of themoptimally. Usability? Your passion!
  • PASSION FOR"BREAKING" THINGS - You would never cease trying until you haveundertaken everything imaginable to make features fail. If you can'tbreak it, no one can, the respective feature can be declared robust andbulletproof.
  • GREAT REPORTING SKILLS - You not onlyanalyze bugs and try to establish patterns but also communicate them ina concise, easily reproducible and timely fashion to your team matesand project manager. You know that an issue swept under the carpettoday is likely to be a problem in the future and therefore raise allissues immediately.
  • QUICKLY UNDERSTAND REQUIREMENTS -You can read a simple 1-2 line (English) email and figure out what therequester wanted. From this, you can quickly determine if a feature orrequirement was implemented correctly, or if you need to send the taskback to the software developer to re-implement.
  • BASICENGLISH - You are able to learn in English and keen on profiting from abilingual working environment to improve your English skills.
  • VALUEREPETITION - You recognize that repetition is a crucial part of the joband are very sensitive to how things have changed from the last timeyou have performed a test. You understand that it is only throughcontinuously and repeatedly testing things that we can quickly catchany errors introduced.
  • TECH EXPERIENCE - Priorexperience with or academic background in technologies related tosoftware development is a big plus, but not required.
