mantis能否向外网发送邮件

我们公司的mantis一直是可以给企业内部邮箱发送邮件的，我现在想改成不仅可以向企业内部邮箱发送邮件，还可以向外网邮箱发送邮件的，该如何更改？
config_inc.php配置如下：
