职位描述 :  
Responsibilities:
Maintain production systems, including all web servers (Windows and Linux), database servers (MS SQL Servers), DNS servers, and load balancers.
Troubleshoot and resolve network, operating system, application, and hardware issues.
Release and configuration of engineering builds to production.
Develop and implement processes and contingency plans for releasing new software to the production site.
Work with Engineering to specify requirements for reliable software deployment and migration.
Develop and execute short- and long-term plans for disaster recovery, reliability, security and scalability of production systems.
Specify, procure and install software.
Set up, configure and administer Microsoft SQL, IIS, Apache, Bind, Samba, load balancing, network hardware, Windows, and Linux.
Audit host and network security and apply patches or configuration changes as necessary.
Design, propose and implement automated monitoring and detection systems, including network and host performance, service availability, and intrusion detection.
Implement server log file, system health and alert monitoring.
Research, innovate, design and implement technology initiatives to improve the service.
Provide thorough documentation of hardware, operating system, application and network configurations.

Qualifications:
Must have maintained or developed a medium- scale internet website with at least 1,000,000 unique monthly visitors
Knowledge of Windows, Linux, IP networking, HTTP, DNS, SQL, one or more scripting languages, and .NET.
Expertise in designing and maintaining large-scale web infrastructure.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to quickly adapt to and apply new concepts and new technology.
Self-motivated, able to take initiative with minimal supervision.
Ability to communicate abstract or complex technological concepts to both technical and non-technical staff. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Should be able to travel to the San Francisco Bay Area.
