Overall Job Purpose
Responsible for designing and developing executable test cases/ scenario.

Key Accountabilities & approximate time split (%)
(Ideally 4-10 points, or headings with sub-points. Quantify where possible e.g. cost/income budget, no of subordinates, likely no of yrs/mths to complete longest task. Could note key external/internal lateral relationships)       
Strategic Planning (20%)
Define and maintain an automation/load testing framework for MCB & MCFE
Determine test scope and key benchmark of automation/load testing according to biz demands
Review test execution progress and identify opportunities for improvement

Analytical & Strategy Support (65%)
Design & execute automation test script for regression testing
Design & execute performance test script for load testing
Report testing result & progress to management team
Build a centrally managed test artifacts repository

Partnership (15%)
Cooperate with Functional Testing team to understand the application & provide regression support to Functional Testing
Manage test execution through 3rd ** service vendors
Manage Software Configuration Management operations for MCB/MCFE automation testing

Person Specification
(Personal attributes essential to performing role: e.g. skills, competencies, expertise, knowledge, experience.  Note: experience not to be time-bound)
At least 2 years of software automation & load testing experience is an absolute must for this role
Good knowledge on testing/ certification using HP QTP & LoadRunner
Good knowledge of Java, JSP & Database
Familiar with testing disciplines (i.e. Unit, SIT, UAT, Automated, Performance, etc)
Objective, rational and multidisciplinary thinking, with a strong motivation to extend knowledge to related disciplines
Strong communication and writing skills
Good English Skill
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
