操作：1.TD机上安装了QC迁移工具stepup
      2.能够正常访问TD页面
     3.进入QC的迁移工具

结果：提示信息为“从“http://XXX/TDBIN/”下载 WebGate 客户端时出错。)
Verify that the URL was typed correctly (http://XXX/TDBIN).
Also verify that the migration tool is installed on the source machine. For more information, refer to the Mercury Quality Center Administrator's Guide.

我的报错信息更多：
RPC 服务器不可用
Verify the following:
1. The source server is working.
2. The URL was typed correctly (http://ip/tdbin).
3. The password exists and was typed correctly.
4. The Migration Tool is installed on the source machine (use dcomcnfg).
5. The latest version of the Migration Tool was installed.
6. The Migration Tool and TestDirector server ran under the same user (use the Task Manager).
