In this hands-on and technical position, the individual will be responsible for ensuring the product StarCite provides meets both the functional and non-functional quality requirements. As a QA Engineer in StarCite Inc, the individual is expected to:
* Participate in the entire development life cycle including: requirement analysis, designing good test cases with high coverage, tracking defects with meaningful details, providing root cause analysis and impact analysis and participating code review and unit test review.
* Always bear product quality in mind; master the product knowledge at expert level. Work closely with other teams to ensure successful deployments of upgrades and enhancements on an on-going basis.
* Result-oriented. The individual is able to handle multiple priorities, work well under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and possess a high level of flexibility while following development processes well.

职位要求：

* 2+ software development experience in US software company
* Knowledge of test cycles, test tools, and testing methodologies
* Experience with black box, white box, performance, scalability testing, and test automation(QTP is preferred)
* Certain experience in working with development team closely with join efforts on Java/SQL code review and unit test
* Proficient SQL skills is preferred
* A BS in Computer Science or related field is required
* Ability to work as part of global / cross-cultural team
* Excellent bi-lingual (Chinese & English) written and verbal communication skills required
