4、        熟悉基于B/S、C/S架构功能测试、性能测试、本地化测试、配置和兼容性测试、GUI测试方法；
5、        熟练运用RationalRobot、MI WinRunner、LoadRunner测试工具进行功能、性能测试，运用Rational Purify、Rational PureCoverager等进行对内存泄漏、代码覆盖率等问题的测试
6、        掌握软件测试的规范流程
