2.       SDET
a)         Strong Windows Vista networking and/or Windows wireless networking coding experience

b)         C++ expert

c)         Strong test sense

d)         Familiar with Microsoft internal tools (WTT, PS, etc) as plus

3.       STE
a)         Windows system admin related scripting/coding experience

b)         Scripting language expert

c)         MS SQL Server DBA working experience. Excellent in tuning and backup/recovery

d)         Experienced in Lab system automation including remote control, security and performance

e)         Familiar with Microsoft internal tools (WTT, PS, etc) as plus
