Description：
As Materials Availability Specialist (MAS) in global Supplier Collaboration Team
you have excellent understanding of demand
Supply picture of mechanics suppliers
Manage the forecasting and stock level monitoring in your commodity area/s.
Have an extensive communication network which includes suppliers planning people, Nokia factory buyers, product programs and Nokia factory logistics teams. Once onboard and fully integrated, you will be planning and executing the procurement of certain components in your commodity area mainly for Nokia factories in the European region.

Qualifications：
As an ideal candidate you have：
Good understanding and experience of Nokia Demand Supply Planning processes and systems (Syncro, MRE and R3).
Action oriented, have good communication skills in English, basic business understanding
You are cost conscious and have excellent command in Excel.
Collaboration comes naturally to you and you are capable of relating and networking with several stakeholder groups surrounding you.
You also need to be able to tolerate stress as well as have leadership and change management skills to lead suppliers and Nokia internal people through Collaboration.
Due to the nature of planning work, high accuracy and quality is also necessary.
To successfully integrate yourself into our multicultural environment you are fluent in both spoken and written English.
Preferably you have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in either economy or engineering.

Materials Management has responsibility for the material availability in Demand Supply Network Management (=DSNM) in Markets. We manage the respective material planning, forecasting, execution and inventory management processes, in all Nokia factories and for all materials, components and sub-assemblies used in Nokia products. Materials Management continously develops logistics and planning processes used with Nokia suppliers, and optimizes the efficiency of our materials supply network to ensure that proper supply flexibility and cost optimum exists at all times. We manage all logistics flows and related contracted Logistics Service Providers used in DSNM.
