南京外企职位：Senior UI Design Engineer

The position includes the following responsibilities:
Articulate, develop, and model the end user experience
Perform user, task, and workflow analysis
Develop high level and detailed storyboards, mockups and prototypes
Perform heuristic evaluation and usability evaluation
Contribute to the team's processes and quality standards
Help educate other teams on the benefits of user-centered design

Requirements:
Three or more years experience developing software graphical user interfaces (GUIs)
Familiarity with HTML, XML, JavaScript, VBScript, CSS, and Visual Basic
Experience in user-centered design and user research awareness
Experience in visual design
Experience with interaction design
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Excellent teamwork skills
Ability and willingness to assist and lead more junior UI Design Engineers
Bachelor/Master degree in HCI, psychology, cognitive science, computer science, or a related subject
Conversational ability in Mandarin Chinese a big plus.
