Accountabilities
• Applies software quality best practices and procedures to design, influence, and drive quality and test ability of software.
• A passion for developing quality oriented frameworks and software, ensuring superb code quality.
• Perform automated testing of new releases for customer facing web applications and back-end processes.
• Perform manual testing as needed.
• Review functional and technical documentation in order to identify requirements for the creation of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Conduct test case reviews to ensure scenarios accurately capture business functionality.
• Execute all components of product testing such as functional, regression, end-to-end testing, performance, and load testing.
• Actively participate in establishing project plans, estimating work, and monitoring progress against milestones.
• Make recommendations to improve product reliability, performance, and quality assurance best practices and processes.
• Work as part of a scrum team to develop new features.

Qualifications
• BS/MS in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing test automation frameworks/harnesses (SELENIUM PREFERRED)
• Experience writing test programs in C# preferred. Will accept experience in Java or similar language.
• Ability to write queries in SQL including table joins.
• Experience testing web services (REST and SOAP).
• Experience in writing Test Cases, Test Plans, and Test Scripts
• Experience in testing large scale complex enterprise level application leveraging web technologies.
• Solid communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of the Software design/architecture process.
• Self-motivated individual who takes complete ownership of the product and its outcome.
