Job Title:  QA Engineer
Location: Beijing

The candidate will be responsible for identifying product defects before product shipment. The candidate must be able to work individually, communicating with developers geographically remotely, and work in a team environment locally to learn and share the knowledge within the team. Tasks include reading and understanding product specifications, setting up the test environment infrastructure, writing test specification, developing automated tests, and analyzing test failures. The individual must have good engineering disciplines, be familiar with the development and test process. The individual must also have knowledge of testing methodology to design the tests for best test coverage.
                                    
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years of software testing experience, preferable in Real-time embedded software systems
2. Programming experience in C and C++ under Unix, Linux, or Window development environment is a must
3. Familiar with Shell/perl scripting, makefile, and source control software tools.
4. Core competence and a passion for exposing potential product defects; experience in testing libraries API’s, also system and integration testing.
5. Proven ability to write test plans and test specifications (in English) based on engineering specifications and product requirements
6. Demonstrated abilities in developing test programs/test suites, automated test suite is a plus
7. Experience of the software development lifecycle
8. Knowledge of Digital TV broadcasting standards (MPEG, DVB-SI) is a plus
9. Good communication skills; preferably good English communication
10. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

熟悉后阶段的软件测试,即手机成型后置入软件阶段,熟悉黑盒,白盒理论,强调理论,如果是硕士毕业,理论强的也可以。各种手机公司软件test的人适合

1) 4+yrs of IT experience preferably in telecom domain
2) More than 1 year of experience working with mobile devices
3) Familiarity with various mobile OS i .e. Palm, Pocket PC, Symbian etc.
4) Experience in software testing and familiarity with various testing methodologies
5) Strong in English communication skills especially written communication
