bugzilla安装时遇到问题

我是装在window xp 系统上，在网上下载了bugzilla 3.0.2版本，用的是mysql 5.0.22版本，ActivePerl 5.8.8.822版本。但是在安装的时候到Creating default classification 'Unclassified'...就出现Perl.exe内存不能写的问题。

我再次运行perl checksetup.pl的时候却出现：

但是网页上不能访问，请问各位大虾，怎么解决这个问题呢？？
